    Thanks! And yea, I've heard that too, but was willing to take the chance with the recent group buy. But I'll let you know in August, when the humidity and heat hits it apex here. :D My biggest concern right now is how to keep my boys from getting Cheetos and crushed Oreo's off of them, lol.

    I'm hoping you meant you removed those dinky little chrome strps that are not really flares. If you removed all 4 fenders then your truck will look kinda weird. Like a mini version of supratts truck without the exo-skeleton. :rolleyes:

    mine were actually pretty good. a small line were they rubbed but thats it.

    Not that worried about it. Could I get hung up? Sure. Don't think it will be that often. There's actually a pretty good slope to the on the two sids where they connect so hopefully it will slide.

    Jerry, would you consider bringing it to Moab? Any idea the cost of a new solenoid for it?

    I highly doubt that the bolt will shear. Also that bolt will get replaced by a carriage bolt like the others so it will slide better. I was short on carriage bolts and that was what I had at the moment that fit.

    Gotta love the newbs calling me out on stupid things like this.:rolleyes: Tell you what bassman, if that bolt shears in Moab you can give me crap about it then since you sound pretty certain about it.

    Very nice! Are you sure they are not anodized rather than painted? I purchased a set of rotors (the brand is escaping me at the moment) but they were anodized...which is not bad since it helps keep rust off so they won't be hard to get off the next time you replace them.

    Yes. I was stopped at a red light, she stopped and then hit the gas pedal and launched her car under my bumper. It was fairly low speed - the bumper seems to be tweaked a little, don't think its any worse than that
