Wish I could tell you. It was all hidden in the dust. I was able to drive it 2hrs home though. I paid for the new spindle, I didn't ask them to warranty it.

I'll be getting a deal on the new stuff though.

Kick ass. Lol they should make you the official spindle tester; take their spindles through that rut at the same speed till they hold hahaha (jk of course.) And you move onto another day with an awesome story of how you bent the unbendable :D

Word! I just gotta know how they reacted to that. Must've been like, "Psh you can't bend one of OUR- oh you bent our spindle."

Figured this was going to happen sooner or later. Glad it was just a spindle and glad you're upgrading to suit your driving style.

Price should make these go pretty quick.

Nah, they don't talk like that. I hear a lot of badmouthing on Camburg, but every one of my dealings with them has been a good one. Which is why I keep going back.

This is off-roading, and anybody who's been on a run for longer than 5 min with me knows that I push my under-equipped truck to the limit, often beyond it. I catch flack for it from other members, but I didn't learn how to drive from behind a keyboard either (which is a whole 'nuther conversation anyway).

What happened with the spindle was not so much a part failure, but driver error (mine) coupled with other under-built suspension components. I am positive that properly positioned air bumps would have prevented this.

I've never heard a bad thing about Camburg. They have very nice stuff and no matter what. Things can break. You just have to beat on it enough.

Don't take it so personal Bill from guys who try to help in regards. We all know you drive your truck hard and put it to the test.

When I told you in person, face to face to upgrade your suspension. I did it in your best interest. I was looking to prevent something from failing on you that couldve resulted in something more crucial or your own well being. I didn't do it to be a dick.

Glad you figured out what you now need and I'm curious to see the new set up.

I'm not getting any kit. I'm just getting race spindles. I would have got them this morning but they're not ready yet. I had to buy a non-race replacement to drive around on 'till then.

Ray, I don't give a fart what you say so don't worry. That whole thing was typed out before I even saw your comment. Thanks for the advice though.

Only difference is one has mounts for the sway bar and one doesn't. The one without is a tad stronger.

Thanks, I'm actually not that bummed about it. I'm just happy that:

    a) I was able to drive it home
    b) It seems to be a simple swap of just one part (fingers crossed)
    c) Camburg offered me both the temporary and permanent replacements at a discount

I'm about 90% done with the swap already, just need to eyeball an alignment and test drive it.

The only reason I was able to go that fast was because I picked the easier line(s).

Exactly. You can run either with no sway bar, but only the non-race version with it.
