That looks flip'n sweet. I'm the guy you said you had the identical truck too. Hoping to have my O.M.E. lift on tomorrow and matte black countersteers the day after. I'm thinking a 33 inch tire possibly. How much did those tires affect your power? The bronze looks awesome.

    @ Buzzards: Thanks bro!

@ mdkingen: Thanks, Im very pleased with the outcome! I think the bronze and the blue are a pretty good combo. What kind of tire did you finally decide on (brand) and what size lift are you getting? Well as far the power goes, it seems the same on the lower speeds like driving in town, but the on the hwy is seems it is a little slower at hitting 70-75. Im hoping that with the lift it won't be much slower than it is now, but we'll see. I wish they offered the reg cab with the V6 option, that would be sweet! Can't wait to see your pics after the lift, that will give me a good visualization on how mine will look. Plus you are the only other member I've came across that has the '12 Nautical Blue Metallic reg cab so that's pretty exciting!

I've had really good luck with BFG all-terrains and will probably stick with those but I'm really liking the look of those toyos. I ran BFG mud terrains on my last tacoma (1999)and didn't like the way it handled. Plus, not a lot of mud here in Las Vegas NV, where I live these days. I got the old man emu lift from toytec. 884 springs with no spacers, diff. drop and a 2 in. add a leaf. From what I've read on here I can expect about 2.5 inches in the front, maybe a little more because of the less weight of the regular cab. Ya, a v6, with a 5 speed, bucket seats and a hood scoop would be a wicked off road beast. what part of new mexico are you in? I spent some time up in the n.w corner of that state and loved it.

Very nice. The 2012 grille with the all black front and rear and black flares over that blue look clean. I'm tempted to ask you for a trade. :spy:

@ mdkingen: Yea them BFG's were going to be my first choice but a buddy of mine runs these Toyo's on his truck and I liked them. The road noise isn't too bad to me, this is my first 4x4 and i didn't think it was too bad at all, louder than stock yea, but not obnoxious. Im from Hobbs NM, nothing but desert over here where im at... no tree having part of the country haha.

@ marty: Thanks! yea i was kind of debating on the black fender flares at first but now with the new wheels i like the way it looks, so they are gonna stay! I'm debating about color matching the grille though. Idk about the trade man, the more i look at my truck, the more i love it!

Personally, I'd leave the grille exactly how it is.

^^It's actually the spruce mica color, the sun wasn't out to show it's true color.
