    That's just my guess though...and if its first offense... I think that both fines start at about $150 each.

    Guys at school said that's what they do. Pay the $400 fine compared to the $400+ per month for insurance

    Only one guy got caught last year so he saved a lot of money....:rolleyes:

    Yup. One guy has a brand new truck...$980 a month payment, $896 a month for insurance. I couldn't believe it.

    A lot of the guys at school had bad records

    No they just take the risk. To them it's cheaper to risk it then to have it. And not everything is covered by our health care so insurance picks up the tab for some stuff (my wife needed chiro and massage therapy after her accident)
