if your goin for the pre workout spend the money on something that will amp you up.. assult will get you moving but its not comparable to C4, yoked, 1MR.. I've taken both and seen 2x the results from c4. And im not sure about assult but i know C4 is a monohydrate which means its not going to drain your muscles as much as a non monohydrate will. Either way, make sure you pound fluids or your gonna tear a muscle

I've noticed that when talking about supplements in regards to "what works best", its more what works best for that individual. I guess I'll try it out, and see. I've tried 1MR and Jack3d, but didn't like either too much...

Ill be perfectly honest and say that I have never taken a supplement that I felt or I can definitely attribute to any performance increase... im thinking that I just don't respond to supps.

aiming for 5-6k calories a day while bulking, i wake up eat 2-3 waffles or pancakes with a carb/amino shake. then have pre workout and hit the gym, come home have a weight gainer shake. then around 10 a nice mid morning snack, trail mix fruit and carbo gain, go all out for lunch eat as much as i can around noon. i work 2-10. i get a break at 3:30 and eat another full meal. i snack at around 6-7 at work, then at 10 when i get off i consume another full meal. then i go to bed and do it all over again

Ok so I'm increasing my proteins, more meat, adding eggs, and reducing my vegetables... That should help gain a bit of mass I would think...
