Ok I get it now, The difference is the quality of the steel and the scientific method you employ. SO next question:

do we bring the whole truck to you and sit in the waiting room, do we swap springs, do we stand by with a beer and a fire extinguisher,do we ship them...

 

This exactly: I always hit a fat dip on a road for the fun of it. In my mid travel with TSB pack, I use to ALWAYS bottom out the rear when going at it at 40MPH- and it would bottom hard. The front never bottomed, but I still felt some kinda hit. NOW, with my OMD leaf pack, I can hit it that dip at 50+MPH and not feel anything but cushion in the back. I had my nephew riding in the rear yesterday and hit it at 50; Nephew says I could have gone a lot faster- it was "super smooth." It stiffens it up for better loads and ride height and cushions it up on the big hits.

 

What greg says. It is a frickn much better ride. No complaints at all from this happy customer.

 

Hahaha yea, definitely want one now. When we were on that straight away to the gas station out in Occatillo wells, all those dips we were hittin doing like 40+ kept making me bottom out a bunch! And bumod i hit over 30+ make me smack bump stops lol. I do have like an extra 100 lbs or so in the back though...I need OMD leafs! Help me obiwan...Er...OMD, you're my only hope! ;-)

Good luck Jeff. Be nice for ya to get hired by SDPD. I'm really contemplating taking the test for SD Sherrifs officer. As they raised the age limit again looking for more Mature older recruits.

 

I took SDPD test and scored good but was not chosen as they wanted the top 80percent. And I was around 77percent. Sucks

 

Come back and try again they said.

I live in Fountain Valley, Orange county. I am currently stationed on ft. bliss in El Paso, Tx but Im almost out of the Army and will be coming home soon. Can't wait to join you guys on some runs.

Yea It was pretty retarded. They spread out their App process waaaaaaay to long. Orange County Sheriffs knocked out the Written, Pre Investigation and Physical agility all in one day. I've been applied to SDPD for like 2-3 months now and I'm just now doing the Pre-investigative? Boo. They'll probably turn me down for me speeding tickets, I'm whatev at this point. Just going to wait until my last one is off my record this December. Then I'll start re-applying everywhere. Only went there today because the was on my ass about it lol

With some weight in the back, stink bug is gone and it sits almost perfect according to the level.

 

Brother, back in the day, I scored a 100% on the SDPD test and they told me that my credit score was too low. They are a joke. Try National City PD, Harbor Police, La Mesa PD and Escondido PD. They have great reputatations.

 

Because your first 3 years are in the jails, then you go L.E. if they want you to. Work hours are 5 on 5 off 2 on 2 off. Sweet schedule.
