I know aboot a dozen millionaires, most of them are quite happy, a couple are millionaires because they still have the first nickel they ever made.

i don't like buying things though. i enjoy being a scrooge and trying to pay off my truck, and setting financial targets for myself as i work in the summer.

 

I've never been one to get off at the number in my bank account.

 

i dont get off at it (anymore ), but i do enjoy working and saving. im very non materialistic, so buying something i don't need is rare.

i know, i was being silly bro. . . and that's a pretty good interest rate for a checking account haha. my checking makes a solid 0%.

haha. hell that's more interest than my savings account makes either. i made more money in 2011 by saying "credit" with my debit card than the total interest of my accounts lol. . . and i tanked my CD when i bought my taco

Joke's on you, I'll be selling my house in the next few months and finally getting my money out of it, based on current market value I've made 20k on it, we'll see what that translates to for a sale price though...

 

You guys need to figure out the whole savings thing. It's nice to not have to live paycheck to paycheck.

 

and 7% will go to the realtors.
