1.5" spacers on stock suspesion

    hey guys,
    alright im getting some 1.5 wheel spacers on my 08 double cab with stock suspension. Tires are the BFG all terrain ta ko 265/75/16. i know ill have some rubbing, but will i need to grind down and chop out some metal? i know ill have to cut out some of the plastic trim. but i really want to avoid cutting.
    Someone please help because i have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone.
    and will a 1.25" avoid the need for chopping and grinding? (this being asked assuming the 1.5" do require it)
    please please please help!

    some tint, cracked windshield
    265/75 should not rub,even on totally stock susp. Didn't on my 08 access cab and certainly shouldn't require cutting, grinding.

    even with that big of a spacer? and THANK YOU for replying!

    Sorry, no experience w/ wheel spacers, I misread, thought your reference was to lift spacers. Someone else will have to chime in on that.

    Why run a spacer with that tire size, it won't rub stock suspension.. Add the spacers & it will rub like crazy.
