    They countered my counter offer, I took it. Money is not great, but I can pay the bills on it. I didn't get a lot of interviews (3) and only the one offer in about six months of looking. Tough market for us older folks right now. I am scheduled for the drug test and physical next Tuesday. Not sure what the start date is yet. I start on days for training then transfer to night shifts. My goal will be to get back to days ASAP. I've done night shifts before and I have trouble sleeping during the day. This is going to cut in to my TW time!

    Exactly! You never know, I might end up adjusting to nights. My last job was 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts. That was a tough schedule to get used to. All nights might smooth out after a bit.

    I haven't put a ton of thought into it. It isn't my first choice of industries, but I do have an innate interest in it. To be perfectly honest I fall into the category of most all college students. I don't know where the path will lead me, but I'm willing to step onto just about any one.

    Thanks Susan, The job conditions seem to be OK, the place was clean and well organized. I'm hoping for the best, and really, I've got nothing to lose. We have been getting by without me working, so if things really don't work out, we can do it agian.
