    Great news Mark!!

It is never easy taking an older person to the hospital and having to start out in the ER. It usually takes 24 hours to get to the proper division in the Hospital. A long wait for all concerned.

Hi Colin, welcome  to the best thread on TW...alot of great people on here and plenty of years of knowledge about just about everything...so pull up a rocker on the old porch and sit awhile...

Hi Tom, great new set of wheels you got there...looks strange next to the bikes I'm used to seeing...use it in good health...

I already ride twice a day now. After lunch and after dinner with the family. I have a lot of excess baggage to lose.

I need to have a Class 3 receiver hitch put on the car and find a used 3 bike carrier that fits a class 3 hitch. I am also lookung for a stock Tacoma class 3 hitch that a member might unload on the cheap. ;)

    Morning all!

I am going to be buying a bicycle this week - Lynn and I want to get out and ride together for exercise. Since it's my birthday next Monday - and we are both off for what was supposed to be our vacation with our car group friends, we'll head to the bike shop between visits to the hospital.

Wondering where the warm weather went?

the competition is out there! right after I saw them earlier, and went to get the camera, there was a coyote standing where they had been, then went to get the gun, but it was gone. turkeys came back out about 10 min. later.

Any specific bike you are looking at?

I would encourage you to visit a bike shop and take one out for a spin to see if you like it. I test road 7 bikes total till I found one that really fit me well.

I will be going to our local bike shop. Their mid-range bikes are Cannondale - that's what I've been looking at. I'm looking for something that I can ride on our dirt road and on the regular roads around us - not a mountain bike.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers for my father-in-law. He is doing OK - not recovering quickly, but not getting worse, either.

It folds down so you can drop the tail gate and the arms fold down when not being used.
