Hey guys i recently got hit by a uninsured car so its up to me to fix my truck..

The damage isn't bad but the full bumper and grill need to be replaced now the question is, is there pictures or instruction online on how to disassemble the front end and maybe pictures on how it suppose to look with out bumper and grill since im sure i will have to hammer somethings back in shape..

Your insurance might cover. Make him pay out of pocket.

Get your insurance to cover it. Then they will go after the other guy to get their money back.

Well the guy didnt have a license no insurance and was either drunk or high..(he was arrested) when it happen i just have liability and live in california so i haven't even bothered with insurance company i figured im screwed and since a front end is probably like 300 bucks(after market bumper/grill) i figure id just do it, damage didnt reach the radiator..

I would try Rockauto.com or salvage yards around you. Might be able to score stuff on the cheap.

What is your deductible? Sure if you go search around and find the parts and do the work yourself it would be $300-$500 but it would be a major PITA. Whereas a body-shop would probably quote the damage at $1500-$2000 and they would do a professional repair. Get your insurance involved if you have that douche's information and they will hold him accountable, especially if he was arrested. You probably won't even have to pay the deductible. You may have a civil claim against the driver for any injury/inconvenience he may have caused. Judges rule hard against drunk/high drivers and you should try to get compensation as soon as possible.
