I think 40% was one day on black friday. I got in on 30% or 20% to get my tires

 

I just ordered a George Foreman grill at 14% cash back.
I haven't' been sent any kind of confirmation e-mail yet though, it said 14% cash back the entire time during checkout until I navigated away from eBay to pay with Paypal. I recently changed my eBay e-mail address and I don't think it matches the live.com one that I used. I wonder if I'm gonna get the 14%, what do you guys think?

I probably should have taken the time to create a new live.com account so the e-mails would match, huh?

 

I'm looking at new component speakers and they offer 14% on my second choice and 2% on my first

 

Waiting on 30% or higher for a ladder rack...maybe an aries bull bar too

 

x2 for speakers, subwoofer components, power window, diff locker, fog lights, etc


I found this thread not to long ago and from the past posts it seems like the cashback amount fluctuates?

And sorry to be a debbie downer, but can some reassuringly tell me this actually worked?

 

several of us here did.
I got a dell laptop $200 cashback
alloys for truck $90 cashback
other odds & ends $90 cashback
most recently $12 cashbback

The larger amounts I had to wait 60 days for a couple of the transactions (laptop & camera) money was in paypal right at the 60 day mark. It was sweet shopping. BINs only & read the live search faq for the instructions. There is a cap on how many transactions in a year like 20 or something like that.

I was wary too but it worked out without problems. I think its important to have all your accounts (paypal, ebay, live) setup with working email addresses before shopping so it all matches.

I want to do more shopping too. Raise the bar!

 

Ok my peeps, looks like the cashback is going back down. It went from 14% to 13% on the first of April.

Looks like I better get my tires now.

But yeah it fluctuates each time it comes around. It's capped at 12 ebay cash back transactions for each account.

It's safe and legit. It's a joint deal between Paypal and Microsoft's Live.com to encourage shopping at eBay and using Live.com as the search engine. Set up a live.com account first. You buy something like you normally would with eBay (Buy-it-now only) and pay with Paypal, so no cc info goes to anyone. Just follow the instructions. Live.com also has similar deals with other vendors (click the cashback link at the top of Live.com to see other vendors).

 

I can also vouch that it's legit...got a couple hundred back from it.

Once I do the search on Live.com and click on eBay, I have one hour to purchase the item.

Does it work that every time? If I purchase something or my hour expires, do I just go back to Live.com and run the search again and click on eBay again?
