    Ok so I have been look around for an older toyota and found the one I posted a pic of earlier and another one. The other one is an 83 with the 22R in it. All stock except for some co op tires. 195K on it air and heat work. Might leak or burn a little oil. $2500 what you guys think? I'll post pics later.

    I paid 1k for my 84'. Granted it needs a little work. But it runs and doesn't leak.
    Walk up with cash. A bundle of green does wonders for prices.

    Bring like 2k with you when you go look at it. Look over it good. Make sure nothing is messed. 2500 wouldn't be a bad deal if it's in good condition. But I wouldn't start with that.
    The guy I bought mine from was asking 1500 for it, but he also said the only things wrong was the clutch and key cylinder, which wasn't true. I offer him 1k and he said he'd take it and I told him I'd pick it up the next weekend. Then he called me back 2 days later and told me someone else was gonna come pick it up and if I wanted it I was gonna have to come get it before the other guy so I took the next day off and went to get it.
