    not little stuff like basic landscaping. It probably wouldn't even meet his deductible for one and i wouldn't turn a $1000 worth of landscaping into insurance just so they can raise my rates.

    Eh, I live in the NE part of the city so I won't get anything. I can't even get decent sized hail to repair my roof. It always curves off whenever it comes through from the south. I believe its just a crap shoot like you said for the most part. When we have had the heat like we had, and a cold front moving in from the north is great weather for it.
