I itch my ear while driving my truck, which is a tacoma, this is the perfect place to discuss said issue.

Note to self, don't discuss pubic hair on TW or you're going to look like a shitclown

Wow, you're hitting scary stalker status by attacking my personal FB now. I'm not ashamed of my comment and if you knew anything about TGs history, you'd know why, not to mention the fact that he was trying to pass by going dangerously off course. Maybe I should have said "Jesus took the wheel."

I'm sorry you feel this way. I have worked my way up at All-Pro, starting as the bookkeeper over 10 years ago, but now my role as General Manager is being transitioned to the new owner. I have successfully managed AP even through the worst economic times. Yes, we are going through some growing pains, but I am not greedy, nor a failure, or a prom queen, or a materialistic tramp. Those who know me can attest your statements couldn't be farther from the truth.

I work at AP for the love of the sport and community, certainly not the money. My boss started AP over 15 years ago, turning his long time hobby into a business after people would hit him up on the trail wanting to know where they could get the parts he made. He has always let me put my family first and he has earned every penny he has. It sounds like some are just jealous of his success.

Also, to explain my absence for the last 6 or so months, I was out on maternity leave since last Oct., returning in Jan. on a part-time basis. Kurtis has been filling in for me here and on other forums for the most part.

As for the new owner, he is a previous employee and friend with whom I worked when I first started. He went into other business ventures, then came back to AP because that is how highly he thinks of the company.

We are a small business and with 11 employees we put out a high volume of product. This is a specialty industry and, yes, our lead times could be improved, however, they are far better than the vast majority of our direct competitors.

Yes, what is your mission? Coincidently, your first post was made the day after we let an employee go that you know. I don't want to get into specifics on a public forum, so please PM me if you have concerns about that situation.

The way this thread has turned will make me think twice before buying All Pro products. I have never dealt with them nor personally seen any of their products fail in person, just the fact that their customer service seems to be really bad. I don't think this situation was handled well at all.

Delays? When we did our big group order 2-3 weeks ago, we got all our shit within 3 weeks of letting them know we were interested in pulling one off. True, some minor hardware didn't get sent, but it was rectified quickly.

I think a lot of people forget too that All Pro generally makes stuff through R and D and then others take that and tweak it to make it stronger. (Read: Not better, stronger. I don't need 3/4" skids. That's not better for me.)
Now I know there was some controversy regarding the Uniball UCAs. I don't know the full details and I don't pretend to. But I do know others like to take the LT kit from All Pro and get the geometry angles to make their own.

Chris, their customer service with us has been phenomenal. Remember, 1 dissatisfied customer will tell 1000 people while 10 satisfied customers will tell like 5.

Why...if they can withstand my stupidity then obviously they work quite well.

Hell...chances are I put them on backwards and upside down. Should be a testament to All Pro's good engineering.

    Tell you when you're older.

I'm not reading through the pages of derp in here so if it was already answered then so be it...I'll be a repost.

Just an FYI to all the Jandrews haters... He didn't stalk her FB page. He can't stand her or the company. Her horrid comments have been posted up on "other" boards by people other then JA and his friends. I saw them as soon as they were posted.

He isn't stalking her so lay off that bullshit.

When you work for a company that's in the public eye shit happens and people get called out for it.

To Sara: Saying "Karma" when you have your baby's face as your avatar is downright STUPID. You do understand what karma means I hope?

Now everyone knows I am a total asshole, but I WOULD NEVER make such an assnine comment about people being injured NO MATTER what issues I had with them in the past.

IMHO she is classless and so is anyone who would publicly or privately make jokes at someones injuries............especially people in your own community

Thanks. It's getting rough around here!

Fair enough on the stalking, but jandrews also has to cross the line it seems.

Clearly I know what karma means or I wouldn't have said it. I do feel bad about the passenger's injuries, at which time I didn't know the extent of the situation. I don't need to justify my words, but if you care to know the truth behind it before jumping on my case, then please PM or email me.

I am entitled to a personal life aside from AP and free speech, the last time I checked.
