So do you think Craftsman would be OK or do I have to go with Snap On or some other professional brand ? Thanks.

I can't speak to the other brands as I bought the duralasts  Also the fronts took quite a bit of filing. Filed down an outer tip (where two sides meet) and it's opposite. then slowly filed down each side a little bit till I got it to fit. it was pretty frustrating because I had to keep fitting it to see if I could get the things up in there.

All said in done though, I am enjoying them. I feel more confident in my braking. There is still the 3/4" to 1" splash in the pedal before the brakes "engage" but when they do, it's a much more direct connection. Or it's all in my head, I dunno. My wife will be running errands in the truck today, asked her to see if she notices any difference in braking. I've had them on for a few weeks.

So you had to custom rind your wrench to get it to work or filed down the brake line fittings on the custom brake lines ? Either way, sounds like a lot of work for something that should be a easy swap. Thanks for the reply.

Just wanted to.report that my wife confirms my original statements. The brakes are much more responsive. Little more than a normal DIY project but woth it.

Be safe people, get your brakes power bled after install.

Thanks for all the valuable info. Luckily I didn't have such a hard time installing my lines but then again my hard lines weren't flared out. I'm glad you are enjoying your lines.

Wow, i am just seeing this. The new lines are nice. The pedal does seem a lot more stiff, but i honestly think the stopping power is about the same. I do still plan on upgrading to hawk pads and slotted rotors to add to the breaking. Still very nice lines, and FWIW, they did install a TON easier than a buddies lines he got from wheelers...

Any mechanic should be able to do it for you, it really isn't that complicated. The most difficult part is bleeding the brakes.

Making the jump to Hawks and slotted rotors soon. Now I gotta figure out what color.. hmm, do you have a better picture showing the colors than the one in the OP? There looks to be 3 silver/clear ones?

I need to update that picture, unfortunately goodridge discontinued a few of the colors. Currently there is only one silver line available. It's the one with the clear lining. If you have any other questions feel free to shoot me an PM.

I need all 4. I'm gonna want them extended, I have a 3" lift on. I know I don't need them extended but I want them. What colors are going to be available? Are they all coated or are there some that are just colored metal?
