Nice Felipe! Do you need any parts for your CJ? My father in law has a '79 you can piece from (except axle)

Hmmmm....so are cops allowed to actually come into a house and clear people out of a party? It happened to us last night at and I've never had that happen before. Usually they give the olde warning and leave. But last night these two cops knock and when the door was opened they came in and pretty much started yelling at us to stfu and gtfo. And then walked the house clearing out rooms.

    What's a neon party?

I don't think he can come in going room to room unless he had just cause - meaning, looking for something/someone. That's akin to a search? Not sure. Unless the owner of the house complained? Parents out of town and found out kids having an unauthorized party?

black lights and crap like that. I think theres a pic of my black light tattoo in the live thread. I was talking tattoos to chris and sent him that.

Yeah thats what I thought. The parents dont live there, they bought a house for their daughter to stay at while shes in school and rent out the rooms so her living and housing isnt as expensive.

Parents who buy houses for their kids to rent out will often seek out the help of the neighbors to "keep an eye out". I would.

If there are any parties, suspicious activities (in and out activity that would suggest drugs), strange cars (break ins), that sort of thing, the neighbors usually will call the owner to let them know and the owner - of course - will want to protect the property and their kid.

And some will go to the extreme...

I rent my 6 bedroom house out to students of SFSU. One of the renters is my cousin who keeps me up to date on things. Trust me, I'm sure the renters are wondering how I find out things so fast. Heh.

I still feel like the cop tried way too hard and thought he had way too much authority than he had.
haha he gave the whole "YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS" speech.
    1. everyone clears out
    2. he calls upon some higher order and brings in more back up (who probably have more important things to do) to arrest everyone on grounds of trespassing or something like that.

It was only like 12:30 too

The whole time he was giving his speech I kept thinking "so when is he supposed to rip off his uniform and become the stripper for the birthday girl"

Last summer in Arizona my buddies and I would go to wine and more or whatever it's called and each buy a random 6 pack of beer we'd never tried before. I dislike beer so I just bought of a bottle of whiskey and called it good. They found some killer beer and I fell in love with this stuff. http://www.thewhiskyexchange.com/P-2666.aspx
