LEDs on Oahu

Does anyone know a good place locally to buy interior LED lights. Looking for Dome, map & lic plate lights.

 

Locally don't know but CSjumper on this forums makes super good ones and he ships very fast and prices are real good!...was looking for the same thing as you...locally but got referred From a member and could not be any happier...any color...dome, map, reverse, dtrl's, parking lights, license plate...he does it all...try check him out!

 

Just make sure you order the colors very clearly or you'll be paying shipping 3x like me FML.

Why would I order the ambers after I clearly inquired about "switchbacks"? Why was everything else sent in white, but the DRL's? Meh, you know what, doesn't even matter to me. Don't need the $5 shipping, thanks, but keep it.

Like I said Chris....let's just get it over with. How much did I drop already? $260? Gave you a shout in my build thread (which you never did respond to), sent you a bunch of referrals, worked on installing a lamp you knew wouldn't work when you sent it to me, spent an extra $20 just replacing the fuses it kept blowing. You tell me the difference in price is $10 for the switchbacks (shipping is $5 more), and you'll take care of it, then text me to pay you the whole thing a day later. Enough misunderstandings already. I sent the payment. This is a delayed project from the beginning of the year. You tell me you strive for happy customers.....cool, but I don't feel things were done right. Don't worry though, I'm just one customer. I'm over it.

People that know and deal with me know that isnt true. It took you over 4 months to get them back to me and I still sent you a new set of bulbs anyways. I do strive to make my customers happy. That's all i have to say on the subject. Hope you enjoy those white/amber Dtrls.

I took 4 months to get it back to you because you had no idea how to get them installed (Yet you're selling them without mentioning that) for the first 3 months. "Dave, you can be the first 2012 with the LED's cause all the guys who are buying them can only afford like a light here and there cause they're all broke. No one has bought the DRL's yet......I know it can be done if you do this, and that, blah blah blah". I didn't buy the LED's you're selling to be a fkn testbed bro. You talk about customer service and couldn't remember who I was after I spoke with you repeatedly for a couple of months trying to get the ambers to work?

Chris, I ain't saying you don't try to give good service. You answer your calls and texts. You shouldn't have sold me these lamps knowing that they didn't work for my application. When you tell someone "Just send them back, the difference for the LED's is $10, but just send it back and I'll take care of it" don't assume I'm thinking that means I'll just have to pay the difference and the cost of shipping all over again. What that statement means to me is, I assume partial responsibility for the miscommunication that led to you having to send back the ambers so if you pay for the shipping back to me, I'll pay for the lamp difference and possibly the shipping back to you.

I sent you quite a few referrals. Your attempt to BS on this thread makes me regret that. You're great to deal with as long as there are no real hiccups.

BTW, did you mention a "Restocking fee" LOL.....Are you a registered tax paying business? You made it sound otherwise...

 

The amber leds do work now That I have found out. I specifically had told you that I haven't tested them on a 2012. I didn't know you would have issues. I really didn't. I haven't charged you a restocking fee. The difference in the bulbs were 10 bucks. Having an issue and me telling you over 3 months ago to return them and then it takes you 3 months for me to get them in the mail and still no extra charge to you except the difference on the leds. 10 dollars and the cost of shipping. I don't think I did you wrong at all. When getting many pms and calls through out the day and I am already bad with names I apologize if I didn't remember your name. I have to work on that. I strive to make customer I have happy. That's when you only paid the difference of the bulbs. There was no restocking fee applied. Sorry you feel that way.

 

3 months to send them back? Naw bro, check your texts....3 weeks. From the time you told me to send them back, 3 weeks. Most of the time these were in my possession I was trying to figure out how to install them. Lemme guess, you can't remember names of your customers from Hawaii, but you can now remember the details of the time it took when you mentioned I should return them.....

There is nothing critical coming out of this. The poiny was I explained to you that I didn't know If theyd work in a 2012 as there was no one local to try them in. Eitherway again i apologize if you were unhappy for whatever reason. Have you gotten your white/amber ones yet?

 

Granted. Part of the reason I held off from posting details in the first place. Just a deal gone bad. Your initial post required a response from me.

I got the switchbacks and installed them. I am not sure they are white when the truck is in drive with the emergency brake released. I believe they are illuminating amber at that point. Is this correct operation? Only white when parking brake on?

 

On a 12 I have come to find 2 different things. Factory plug n play is amber dtrl and white night time running lights. If u want give me a call and ill explain I've found a way to make the daytime side white as well.
