I posted the following in the audio section a few days ago, but haven't been getting any bites. Figured more of an audience would see it in the 2nd Generation Tacomas section, so forgive my repost.

A while ago, I purchased a bluetooth adapter for my Kenwood head unit. Currently, I have the box temporarily stuck in my glovebox. However, I'm looking for a more permanent mounting solution. Wanted to get some ideas from you guys who have either the BT200 or 300 (or something similar) on where you installed the box.

It's too big to fit behind the stereo and I don't see a spot anywhere up under the dash where it can be mounted out of sight. My thoughts are I'm probably going to have to mount it under the center console or maybe under the drivers or passenger seat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Pics would be even more appreciated.

I have a single DIN Alpine with the separate Alpine BT adapter - about as big as the Kenwoods of I recall. With the radio pulled out, I stuck mine in the recess back and to the left (towards the drivers' console). I don't have to fasten it - it sits in there well and doesn't move/rattle at all. Reception/connectivity to my iPhone is great.

Yours may be small than mine, then. I don't think mine would fit just from eyeballin' it. I had a hard enough a time packing the Metra steering wheel control adapter and excess wires in there and even then then, packing the Kenwood double-din back into place was a bitch...

Holy shit, I just re-read my first two sentences after typing them. That's pretty funny.
