Need help helping someone make a decision on a Tundy if anyone here has experience.

    BOTH:
    2012
    V8 5.7
    Heated mirrors
    His/her comfort controls
    Blue tooth
Tow package (I think is included on both?? Or is that just TRD?)

    Truck 1:
Double cab TRD (rear view camera, sonar, power seats, home link for garage, 18" steel alloy with A/T Rugged, power rear slider, skid plate, upgraded suspension/shocks)

    Truck 2:
Crewcab-non TRD. Stock tires/wheels and everything else that the TRD has, this doesnt.

Driver will do some off roading.

if theres gonna be a lot of offrading even though the crew cab is non trd, its shorter ... otherwise id go for the double cab if i could afford it

The crew cab standard would be about the same price or a couple grand less.

So I decided to jack up my rear to see how bad my brake line looked if "flexed". I had removed the clip holding it on before jacking it up, and to my surprise it was fine? No extended brake line needed. So I guess its fine I'm just stuck with extended line I picked up for it:(. So long story short I should have tested this friday and gone wheeling this weekend:(. This weekend kinda sucked:mad:

yeah but with a shackle flip like you should have with the OME like jace has you need the brake lines. Your truck do with it what you will.

Yeah those. OME tells you to buy them when replacing the leaf packs. Just saying its your truck do what ever you seem fit.

Keep in mind out on the trail your suspension will cycle further then on a jack so how close were you to a stretched line?
