However much work it takes to get it running -

fixing up the DMV paperwork is going to be twice as long.

Expired tags held by deceased owner. Run away!

It's his deceased brother in law's truck, which should now be under ownership of the sister if she is the one who has inherited it. She just has to show that the estate is now hers legally as well as a copy of the death cert and they can get the pink and registration in her name. From there she can do a normal sales transaction.

I suppose. But this line in the ad:

i dont know about paper work
    and
my bro-inlaw is no longer with us R.I.P. and this vehicle reminds my sister of him so it needs to go and go soon..

makes it sound like getting them to go through the needed step with the paperwork won't necessarily be a walk in the park. Maybe I'm just pessimistic. I got burned years ago after buying a motorcycle that I tried for over a year to get clean title to. Eventually the engine blew up and I no longer cared.

Just picked up an '06 Super White DCLB TRD Sport 4x4 Tacoma 3 days ago.

I think I'm the only one in the East Bay rocking an Auburn dealer plate (waiting for the title, reg, and plates to come in).

I have a privacy lattice installed on my fence. The thing is, it generally only looks good if the fence posts are carried up maybe 6" past the top of the lattice work and you cap it with something. You could build a frame for the lattice that would look nice too.

Good luck. P.S. The privacy lattice is only on the side with the crappy neighbors
