Looking for a 2006-200? Indigo Ink Pearl TRD sport with longbed and tow package. (will substitute TRD off road shortbed if available).

I know these are rare but I figured just maybe someone has decided to move on to something else and has one of these they wouldn't mind selling. Worth a shot as I'm sick of dealing with scumbag dealers in the Houston area. ;)

Roughly looking for less than 60k miles.

    Tks-

Low miles? It's rare to find a 1st gen with low miles especially the 3.4l V6 in an extra cab.

Lol, that's great! ;) I'm sure there are some good guys out there but so far I haven't met any. ;) I got a small list of folks who I dislike doing business with.......car salesmen, tow truck drivers, strippers, and crew scheduling at work. ;)

You mustn't have dealt with many lawyers or realtors, or that list would be longer:D. The older I get, the longer my "list"gets.

Free bump, good luck in your search. I prefer buying used vehicles privately, but you have to cover all the bases yourself. A good vehicle history report, lein search, and mechanical inspection are all must haves, and while it's a bit more effort, you can save a lot of dough.

If I didn't love mine, it would be yours in a heart beat. Indigo ink is a hard color to find. But, there have been a few up here on the market lately.

Ha, now that's funny. I quickly revised my list to include those too. At least the lawyer one, as my realtor on my first purchase gave me a gps for my vehicle as a welcome home present. lol.

Yea I'm scouring every place I can but being very particular with the details as you commented on. ie. the history, mechanical check outs, etc. In Texas we get the tax break between trade-in and purchase price of a used so I've tried that route but just not much available. Private party ends up with me paying a tax on the sale price or the states' presumptive value of that vehicle. It can work up to about a $900 difference in my case. Tks for the info!

Yea it is! No worries, I'm going to go check out a black one and a silver one today locally. There is an Indigo one but it doesn't have tow though. ;(

Nice. Thinking of putting it up on autotrader or another site with pics by chance?

Well I finally found my truck! Thanks to all for the funny posts and helpful info. After 3 years of saving and researching I finally found a 2009 DC, LB, TRD Sport w/Tow package and the upgraded JBL sound/bluetooth! Got it for a great price ($5k less than the original list price) from a Lexus dealership. Don't think they new what they had on the lot! Hate to sound like a little kid but I'm so pumped to finally be a Taco owner and can't wait to customize it to my lifestyle and family's needs. Looking forward to many fun years with this truck!
