3"Trail Master lift, 31x11.5x17 MT Bias Belted...
Hopefully in the next couple of weeks Were installing a 3" Trail Master lift and going to a 31" tire. Oh I'm so excited.....

Other than the obvious allignment, is there anything else that needs to be tuned on the truck?? Am I gonna have a big differance, (or any) on the Power Output with the bigger tires?

This is the long awaiting start to my "Mod Fever". I'm gonna have a ton of questions.

    Thanks guy's

    Haha..been there, still doing that!

Make sure that they Recalibrate the spedometer. Due to the bigger tires your spedometer might say your going 60mph, but you can really be going 65 or 67 mph..That was the case with me, but they fixed it right up.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
You can go 33" tires (well, 285s).

So if you're going to run your stock wheels, you can go up to 285/70/17 size tires. However, by running the stock wheels (with 5.5" bs) you'll need to run wheel spacers to push the wheels away from your UCAs and avoid rubbing. Spidertrax makes a popular spacer for the tacoma in a 1.25" size.

I actualy found a set of diss-continued Mickey Thomson Baja Belted where I bought my lift kit from. Charged me $170 a piece. Only problem, if one goes,, they all gotta go. Pretty tough tire though. Not realy worried.

When I get started on this I will post a shit load of pictures. As I said, I am so excited for my first Mod..

Where abouts in Ontario are ya? I'm in St.Thomas.
