No idea where I should post this but I was wondering if others with double cabs have the same problem. Well maybe not a problem but here it is.

When the rear windows are rolled down there is a fairly loud vibration coming from the door or wondow area. I think it is just the flow of the air and the vib is just going to happen. Anyone else experience this??? Any way to stop the vibration sound? My dog likes to stick his head out the window but the sound annoys the hell out of me.

I've noticed the same thing and the only way i have figured out how to get around it some is roll the back windows about 3/4 way down if the fronts are down all the way. It helps some.

+1, with the back windows all the way down and the rear glass open, it pretty much dissappears with mine. With just the two front down, the vibration is fairly strong.

I figured it was normal but I have never had a 4 door car vibrate as loud. I mean it is like a 12" woofer vibrating...kinda like when howard stern had the lady turn the speaker upside down and sit on it while he hummmed (in the movie).

The wind is blowing against the seat belt which is causing that vibration/noise. Well that's what I notice on my truck.
