All the best, Geoff The Chef . :hungry: There's lots of potential in what you are setting out to do.

Just curious how you plan on grilling on site? Like in a boardroom with the sprinklers activated and the fire alarms going off. I love to see this :p.

    thx man!....

I will be set up in the parking lot ( far enough away for fire code) stinking up the neighborhood with smokey goodness sweating my ass off, while they are inside with watering mouths waiting.

    OR

Ideally we will be at a park, clients backyard, or lakeside cooking for a birthday party or get together. More of a "private chef" thing.

For a office luncheon, I can already be at the park cooking.. they show up, and it all ready to eat.......just to get out of the office for an hour.

 The onsite stuff aint happening until I get the grill I have my eye on.

Neon, in your own opinion, what's the best thing you cook? I want to order something from you that I can enjoy while my wife is out of town (and she won't be around to pester me!!!!). Phil (I used to live in Humble, TX and miss REAL Texas BBQ.....they use shredded pork here in NC.......bleeeecccch!!!!). I am partial to slaw, BBQ (all but chicken/pork), hush puppies, spinach (luv it!). My mommy used to say I'd eat anything that didn't eat me first!
