Dummy drag is always the hardest, you'll get it next time

Lots of stairs with the weight vest will help

I've been using a metabolism pill (fat burner) and I used to take it twice a day. And now I want to stop taking so many supplements so this one has to go.

The only thing is that... I began to taper off and now my metabolism isn't as consistent and is out of whack. What should I do?

i made a major change this week. i dropped my gym membership and joined a crossfit gym.
had my first workout at 12 today and got my ass handed to me. it felt great, at the same time it made me disappointed i did not do better. now i have some new motivation to push even harder.
i am having a hard time figuring out my diet, everyone has a different idea of what is right and wrong. i just wish i could get that part figured out and dialed in.
at my old gym they told me had to eat 3600 calories a day, the guys at crossfit say that is to much and i should just eat when i am hungry instead of making myself eat every 2 hours. they also told me to up my fats? i have been on a 40-40-20 diet and eating 3600 a day. i still have about 25 pounds to loose but i keep plateauing and the guys at cross fit said i should go more like 35-35-30??????????? i am so confused by the whole diet thing.

Is it OTC? If so, no need to "taper off" man.

Ur metabolism shouldn't be out of whack if ur off it...add some cardio and keep the diet in check

havent posted in here for a while so i figured i would throw in my workout for today

Started with a normal chest/tri workout. chest dips then tricep dips. moved on to inclined, skull crushers, normal bench, tricep pulldown, declined, tricep pushups, then flys. then did a cardio/core workout. started with 2 minutes of max situps with feet held down. then did 3 circuits of box jumps x15, run 1min, regular crunches, run 1min, body squats x 40, run 1min, flutter kicks x30, run 1 min, lunges x20, run 1 min, oblique crunches x20 each side, run 1 min.

gotta say that core workout at the end got me sweatin pretty good

Weight loss has sort of leveled off but the fat is still coming off. I put these on the other day just out of curiosity I haven't worn them in 4 years because they didn't fit... they do now.

At least your working on your legs.. If I had a nickle for every dude I saw at the gym with a huge upper body and lil' stick legs, my Future MOD list would be complete.

I changed my workout to focus on a few muscle groups instead of all of them each I time I hit the gym. I'm getting a lot better results now plus I'm out of the gym in 45 min rather than 1.5 hrs so I'm a lot less likely to skip.

    Day1:
    Back
    Triceps
    Squats
    Core

    Day 2:
    Chest
    Biceps
    Shoulders
    Deadlift
    Lunges
    Core

    Day 3:
    Back
    Chest
    Dips
    Kickboxing
