yea..shit always looks different in real life then on paper ha..its already different from my orginal plan.

but see how i had two supports that came from the tall main beams and cam down to the main rails?

i can't do that now..so gonna think of something else..

yea, if all else fails ill just chop the roof rack short by 10'' like you said. its at 36'' right now  haha

so i have lots of wiggle room, nothing is pernament in metal works :D

would suck if i had to chop it tho..a lot of wasted iron there..well..actually i know i could reuse it..still tho..

    Thanks:D

I got it just before deer season this last fall and if I had had a holster for it, it would have gotten its first and likely only kill. haha:cool: On opening day heading up the canyon we caught a little 2x2 crossing the road. He went over a small ridge that hid him and I went up it after him and when I got up there he went into the next draw. Somebody was in it and shot at him and it spooked up two little 4x4's out of some trees about 50 yards up above me. They were running along the mountain so I was waiting for them to stop, then they turned and came straight at me. I was kneeled down at the time and I just waited hoping they would stop and about the time they were within 5 yards of me I finally decided I had better stand up before I get ran over:eek: When I stood up they freaked and bolted into that same draw as the 2x2 and were long gone. If only I had had an open sight instead of a scope. Although I ended up getting a 3x4 about a week later that made those 2 look small:D

Sweet:D I've never been Turkey hunting. Fish and Game recently released some in our area and they have only been open to hunt for a year or so now. This fall was my first elk hunt though. Just a cow tag so nothing too exciting:D

CB is now connected to the stereo:D I just need my antenna and coax cable now. I think after moab I may order some speakers and rewire the whole damn stereo. It is a cluster fuck of wires and plugs back there... I had a hell of a time trying to get them out of the way to get the stereo back in place. I wonder if the previous owner installed the stereo himself or had a shop do it...

800, that's not bad for Vegas.

the kiley thread is a fucking shit show I'm staying the fuck out of that place. However if the locals are arming themselves. I'll come prepared. I've been shot twice before it's not so bad with a vest and I'll likely be bringing it.

i found it. Its just some land owner in Moab that everyone is bitching about. She i bitching about them opening up more BLM land for OVR and how she doesn't want it blah blah blah..not worth it.
