    Apple pie is still my favorite I love eating the apple slices rather than drinking it. If I go to memorial day at uwharrie I'm gonna try to get some for everyone but the people I get it from say it's hard to make it to where it crystallizes.

    yeah. it’s my fav as well. i’m going to try and have a big party soon may try and get some.


    i also found out(at least in TN) you can make (i had someone tell me 100 gallons) LEGALLY. but i’m not 100% sure on how much you can make. just that you can make it for personal use only!

    Have to have some kind of permit. I could be wrong but I believe in SC a person can make up to 100 gallons a year for personal use per adult in one house hold anything above that needs taxing and permits and selling of course requires liquor licenses and more taxes and permits.
    No not at all but the people in Greenville, Dark Corner Distillery, make pretty good stuff and the people at a local liquor store sell some but at a stupid high price, like $15 for a mason jar.
