I just hit the gas and hope i dont get stuck!

 

I have tried, rolling forward/reverse, in neutral, in park.........no matter what I try the light on dash continues to "flash" at me......no beeps, or buzzers.........

I never hear/feel it engage



I guess I need to have the dealership look at it......WARRANTY

 

well 100 bucks later im back from the grocery store... lol i got hotdogs and lunch meat and snacks and drinks. Butt i forgot hotdog buns, i did however get hamburger buns LOL So if someone brings hotdog buns instead of hamburger we can trade out


btw i also greased up the driveshaft and seemed to help alot sooooo well shall see

 

2010 go make sure the sensor is plugged in at your rear axle, ive heard some stories of them coming loose.

 

You in 4 lo? After you put it in 4 lo if it's having trouble engaging turn the wheel back and forth slightly while going forward slowly this is so it lines everything up in the axle. The more you use it the easier it will be to engage.

me and jason will be going, also this is the last call for anyone wanting oil and gear oil. ill be bringing 15 quarts of 530 synthetic and filters. i also will be bringing 6 quarts of gear oil. remember oil change is 15, and 3 qts of gear oil is 15

 

I doubt he wants to drive to Sanford for me to look at his truck, especially all the way from Gainesville, he can go to Gatorland Toyota up there.

 

he mentioned nothing about putting it in 4lo. Unless modded, it will flash if it's not in 4lo. I found this out the first weekend I got my truck, I was all flustered because I tried everything and all it did was flash. Then I looked on here and you have to be in 4lo. I changed that as soon as I found the mod on the cheap mods thread. It is just stupid that it only works in 4lo considering it works in 2hi on prerunners so I can't think of a reason it shouldn't work in everything on 4x4's.

Like Jon said, me and him will be out there tomorrow, probably around 11ish, maybe 11:30. But for me the earlier the better cause i have to head home tomorrow night.
