    Someone has got to make them. I would assume that with the bacon, they would have to be cooked low and slow. Maybe 325 in the oven or indirect heat on the grill. Please let us know how they taste if you try it!

    :woot: homemade pasta is awesome. Did you do it all by hand or did you have a crank machine to flatten it out and cut it?

    Hey everyone I am thinking of trying to grill a roast this weekend but I'm assuming you cant stick the whole roast on the grill from start to finish due to the thickness so I would assume the outside would burn before the inside was cooked. I would think that you would have to roast it in the oven at first then finish it off on the grill. Any suggestions??:rolleyes:

    ^^^You would just have to watch it closely, and low and slow..... Its not as hard as you think it is. Just make sure its low, if it gets out of control shut a burner or two off and slide it to that side.

    Pan-sear the outside on high heat for just a couple minutes on the stovetop first to get a nice brown crust (YUMMY!) then low and slow with INdirect heat in the oven or on the grill.

    Don't put the meat right over the coals/elements, heat one side of the grill and put the roast on another, turn it frequently to ensure it cooks evenly, and keep an eye on the temperature inside.

    Remember, when you pull a 3 pound roast, the internal temp will go up another 5-7 degrees easily after its off the grill. Factor that in to your desired done-ness calculation when to pull the meat it start its rest.

    Yeah I figured it wouldnt be to hard to cook, only problem is my grill isnt very big so I will have to be creative.:cool:

    Well I have a couple pics that I cant get downloaded to TW on my new phone. Oh yeah the phone that completely died lastnight. I hope the sim card stored the pics...........After I get the new phone I am going to get another lesson on how to download them to TW......this phone is more work then it's worth.....

    I dont know if I posted this already just figuring out my phone. This was Chianti braised boneless chicken thighs.. stuffed with sausage,breadcrumbs... it was good.
