    Been on TTORA for years, and Custom tacos. have had 3 tacomas, 97,99,and this 01. Just got my 01 4x2 V6 a month ago, loving it, just wish they would have offered it in a 5-speed for the non 4x4's. Anywho, nice to meet everyone, i'll be lurking around the site for a bit today at work, hoping to find a used 01 ECM. mine isn't working all that well :(.

    thanks everyone, I would have joined up sooner had i'd known about the site. I was on CT first because a guy that lived down the street from me was on the board and we ended up being friends. He helped me out a lot with my first truck, the 97, i'm a car guy and never touched a truck before. Hope to see some more local (socal) taco owners around, do you guys have local meets?

    lol yea, my 97 and 99 were 4x4's, had the name 4wd_mofo on ttora and CT so decided to keep it. And yes, i've taken the 4x4's off-roading. if you want i can even provide pics for proof:p.
