    Not too bad, but your truck is dead center in all three images. Doesnt make for a very interesting photo. Try moving the truck around the frame a little more.

    Has anyone here ever ask Photobucket or similar website to take down a photo used without your permission??? For a website like this, for them to take a photo down, does the photo needs to be registered at the Copyright Office, or simply proving ownership to the website should be enough????

    worse part is that those pictures I do not sell them or anything, if someone wants to use them I just ask them to just ask for my permission before doing so, its hard to understand how they can take the time to edit it but not one minute to shoot me an email before doing so, IMO is a matter of a gesture and respect.......

    If he continues to upload it I'll just keep emailing the site, after a couple of time, they can terminate his account....

    Not sure how to protect my photos in the future, from what I've gather so far, if you have not registered the photos, you can't pursue legal action.. I think.... Not sure if anyone here has more experience regarding this, but I would like to know more. I do not plan on taking legal actions on this, cause honestly is not worth it, but would like to know what is the best way to protect them legally...
