    I do believe they will. I sold my sport wheels to a first gen driver. He test fit one before buying and it worked fine. Plus I think I've seen the OR wheels on a 1st on here somewhere.

    They physically fit, but keep in mind the second gen rims have 1/2" more backspacing so it will bring the tires closer to the frame. Its fine with stock size tires, but if you start stepping up tire size, you'll be rubbing frame.

    I just bought '11 Sport rims for my 98. The BS was 1" greater on the 2nd gen wheels. They fit but it was a little close to the UCA for my comfort. I added 2" wheel spacers. That allowed me to have a wider tire and have a little more aggressive look. 1" spacers would have done the trick, but I love the look.

    Also, I found it hard to find the tires I wanted in 15", the 2nd gen wheels I got are 17", opening up the tire options greatly.

    Thanks everyone for the help,

    I just wanted to know if they were a viable option as I see quite a few sets available. Up in this country it is nice to have a second set of winter tires, and having another set of wheels makes changing them a breeze. I would be using the stock 265/70/16 so it sounds like there would be no fit issues, and I don't think the extra backspacing would bother me.
