I'm pretty sure it was 200 grams...

Half the problem could have been that I took it to a Mexican tire shop...did all 4 for $40:D

When he put it on the balancing machine you could see that the tires tread wasnt on completely level.

Worse case uneven wear and maybe some slop in the steering. Mine was like that the first couple of days then I made them rebalance and they removed most of the weight... But mine had been sitting in a garage waiting on me to get back in the US to mount them...

I thought you got guard dogs? I haven't looked into retreads at all, just curious:eek:
Wait so they basically just take an old tire and somehow put new tread on them?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
They re-use cases. You'll see them with Nitto Terra Grapplers and BFG AT's also

they are the guard dogs, they take a old tire, grind down the tread and put new tread on it, i chose the toyo sidewalls because the lugs dont come down so they look cleaner on the sidewalls

Hows the side wall on those Toyos? I noticed that the side wall is way thinner on the bridgestone dueller AT than the BFG sidewall?

hey, when were your guys sidewalls made? one was 2008 one was 2007 and 2 were 2005, iirc 2005 is too old for them to use, i think im going to fill out the warranty thing tommaro, the ones from 2005 took a little more weight to balance also, but still wayyyyy less than my bfgs, the new ones from 2007+ took less than 2 ounces

ok i have had my guard dogs for well over a year now and have put a lil over 30k on them.......
id say they have about 10k of life left in them.....
no i have the guard dogs with kedge grip so wear about 20% faster or so they say.....
overall i have been very happy with mt choice......one tire has a lil seperation if you will call it that where the tread meets the core...from a wheeling trip when i was aired down
i have used these tires many many many times aired down to about 15 psi wheeling and i drive like an indy car racer on the street......
    just my .02
i will be getting another set in the near future......
