    That my friends, is an aux power block done the RIGHT way.

    Conductors sized properly for the load.
    Proper overcurrent protection as close to the battery as practical.


    Too much mickey mouse bullshit out there and then we get to troubleshoot it on the forums when the smoke comes out from under the dash ;)

    They're hot 24/7 on the battery, so these could be the primary hot for off road lighting, AC inverter, amp, etc...

    This was very easy to install, just one screw behind the sunglass storage, pop the head console out. I installed mine above the sunvisor close to the console, small cut in the headliner to accommidate snapping on the control panel cover to the sending unit. Then just tap wires to map light plug.

    Looks like it's partially sitting on the battery.
    And I can see one empty mounting hole.
    Picture from above, would be helpful, if ya have one.
    I've considered trying to adapt a mount to the Battery Hold Down Bracket.

    Changed the spark plugs for the first time at 73000 miles today. Looks like the engine was running fine:D

    Restored my headlights with the mineral spirits and Spar Urethane. Came out pretty good. Would have been better if applied with an air brush not a foam applicator.
