Lol no worries. Actually you were the first one I talked to in this thread. It was when the Flyers made the Richards trade. As a Flyers fan I did not like it and we discussed the trade. By the way can we have Richards back

1- the rangers no longer have sean avery, tortorella (our coach) didn't like his play style and his uncanny ability to find the box.
2-The logo is like an emblem of a truck or a car. It is a label, it isn't something that some 4 year old threw together with their fingers. And if you think the colors of the jersey look like "hemorrhoids" I think it is safe to say you think the American flag looks like shit too.
3-boston doesn't sound that much more attractive.

What kind of close-minded points are those? Keep hating the rangers if you want, you should be more worried about the canadiens and the flyers.... You fit right in with that uneducated fan base that has started to follow the bruins in the past 2 years.

Yeah Thomas is a real shit-show. Good thing Brahcoma didn't share his sage advice on an online truck forum last spring or NHL scouts might have taken notice and figured out how to beat Boston ...good grief, I can smell your shit through the screen...

 

Yeah I used to play but roller hockey and back when i was in middle school. I haven't played in years and want to get back to it but on ice this time. I was never any good, but goaltending when done right is an art form, unlike Thomas.

Quick question, a few days ago I put on my pair of goalie skates (ice) which I have never used since I don't play goalie, but hope to play soon. I was in awe at how difficult they were to skate with, granted they aren't meant for skating as much as they are for pushing and sliding. What did you do to get used to them? They feel like bricks for me

go watch jimmy howard, henrik lundqvist, quick, fleury anyone else in the league in the and yes tim thomas is a shit show. He looks like ass, he has terrible style and doesn't look comfortable going through lateral movement. Does he get it done? yes? Do i have to enjoy watching him no, get over yourself.

How do I get used to em? I basically grew up on them so I feel natural on them . I have pond skates (which are players), but i have blades that have more surface area touching the ice, like a goalie skate. Goalie skates are just so easy to skate with I love it haha. No effort whatsoever for balance

Goalie skates are hands down the best way to improve your game. Whether you are buying them for the first time or you bought a new pair. Yea they feel like bricks, but under all the pads your feet feel a little more normal. Find the best setup on your edges, I like to sharpen the inside edges sharpened like player skates and then basically nothing on the outside edges. Its all about what you want though.

Yeah I can't complain either as it has worked out for both teams. I do recall telling you that you will love Richards come playoff time. Was I right? Have to admit the Kings do look pretty unbeatable right now. I'm hoping for a Flyers / Kings final.

 

Kings are playing out of their minds right now .. can they keep up the momentum and energy levels for two more series?
