Also... smoother suspension means the ones with big titties don't mind riding in it.

The reason you are getting people's opinions on lift size is directly related to asking how to get more lift...after 6" you probably shouldn't because there is no point. A compact will never be as tall as a full size, but the compact will do far better at performing off road (the functional reason you put on a lift and tires in the first place) than any monster lifted full size. If you are trying to win in the skyscraper war then you bought the wrong truck, if you are trying to get better performance off road then 6" is the max on IFS. <----That is the advice people are giving you on how to get more lift.

If you want to go higher time for fab and not bolt on parts, just putting it out there.

OP - Avid Light Bar or Plate Bumper would probably give the illusion of more height? instead of the bull bar from your pics? Nice RIG....I'm thinking of going 6" in the future.

Just my $.02 but If you ditch the nerf bars either completely or for sliders and bolt on a plate bumper or a hybrid it will create the illusion that your struck is taller, unless of course it is parked side by side with another. But even then yours would look better and be more practical. Even if you dont do any/much off roading, A big steel bumper or two will pay off in your favor in an accident or a run in with an animal. Sliders can work as steps if they are set up to do so, and offer better door protection from the would be door dingers out there. All this would make your truck stand out, without having to completely redo your suspension setup and it also keeps the truck more practical. Sure it wont be sitting on 9 inches of lift, but at least if you leave it where it is, you can still use the bed. I know I hate trying to load something heavy into a truck that is lifted uselessly high.

Anyway, here is a picture of a hybrid I was referring to and then obviously the plate bumper that can be partialy seen in my sig. They are both made by the same guy, and he used a center plate I designed the cut outs for on both bumpers. Just an example of stuff thats out there. Should you opt to go that route, here is a good place to start.

Like it really matters when the truck gets less than 500 miles a year and "off road" is defined as the distance from the trailer to the booth at the show.

Sorry man cant help you. Also not sure if you realize this but this thread is about ways to lift a truck from 6-9 inches. Might try asking that in the Wheels and Tires section...or Deals and Coupons.

Im thinking about that option ROGU3PREDATOR. But ive got my shocks and coils coming in this week. so im gonna see how that works out first. and pa blaster i actually need to measure that. but i think my truck has actually lowered itself somehow guess since my shocks are needing to be replaced finally. that or im just so used to it now.
