    here's my scanguageII
    P1010009_8be676e0f0ff151d19ba803462a5f43b8ae0943f.jpg

the installation of this was slightly different on my 09 from my 07. if you have the auto dimming rear view mirror with the camera, it mounts to the windshield differently. there is also a shroud covering the wiring for the electronic tidbits in the mirror. in order for the scanguage to fit on top of the mirror flush, this shroud needs to be removed. it's not held in with any hardware, it just comes un-clipped. i ran my scanguage wire up into the headliner and just tucked it inside parallel with the windshield running left to the a pillar. the a pillar trim and oh snap handle are held in with 2 10mm bolts that run through both the handle and trim peice. remove the bolts, and the hadle will come off, then gently pull out and up on the trim and it will come loose. i then ran the wire down through the gap in the dash exposed by removing the trim peice and plugged it in. the scanguage cord is just long enough to do this. before reinstalling the trim i ziptied everything (not really neccesary, just preference) and re assembled. i took pics of all this, but i cant for the life of me find them.

i plan on doing a small sub box in my back seat so i removed my rear center console to measure it out (more to come on this later)

in the bottom of the console there are 4 10mm bolts
    P1010001_cb687880d8ff2513376de8258165381ae4a338f9.jpg

once these are removed the console should come up. underneath the console there is a nutplate bracket held in place with 2 more 10mm bolts. these were very tight on mine, so besure to use a 6 point socket and keep it centered as not to strip these out.

yep, i like it because alot of bedmats dont weigh enough to not flap around at freeway speeds. this one must weigh 35 lbs, and it stays put. jed does alot better back there with the added traction.

    aftermarket:)
