9" wheel on 255.

    I don't know about 9" inch rim, but i am running my 255/85/16s on an 8 inch and the guy that mounted them said he wouldn't go any wider of a rim. As far as looks, i like the way they look on an 8" rim, but I havent seen them on a 9". Which 255s are you looking at and what does the manufacturer recommend for rim size?

    Yeah I didn't want them bubbled out like balloons. But I was going with BFG km2's.

    3" OME lift 885s & Dakars riding on 33" KM2s
    I think they will be too wide for the 255s.
    I think some have put them on 8"ers.
    My 255/85/16 BFG KM2s are on 1st Gen TRDs (7" with 4.5" BS) & I think that's the right size for them.
