    Hopefully they didn't hassle you about everything.. The man that bought my parent's place thought the gutter drainage systems were faulty. Funny thing was, the guy he brought in to inspect the system was the one that designed and installed it. :rofl:

    They wanted us to remove all the mulch along the house because of "possible termites" even though the house was inspected and termite free.. it was ridiculous, they definitely took advantage of the buyers market.

    I'm done because of the relocation package. Inspections were done a month ago and I signed the closing documents as soon as I found out I was getting tranferred. I close with the relocation company this week and then they sell the house to the buyer at some point. Even if they back out, house is no longer mine.

    That made me remember they also kept backing out on us while asking to change a shit load of things on the house.. We weren't even sure they were going to sign the papers after we met all their demands.

    Fucked up shit is all I can say.

    Oh yeah, forgot, someone has to learn the next generation something. Did she already find something out there? I know budget cuts have hurt a lot of districts, but I have to think they are growing out there and need more educators.
