All I can say is coming from Edinburg/RGV into the DFW market is a completely different ball game. I managed to double my pay for the same job I did back in McAllen, I got laid off along the way but was paid a compensation package and had a new job within a week and still got a $20k raise on top of that......I managed to payoff my Tacoma, my wifes RX330, bought a 1/2 acre of land in a nice neighborhood in Edinburg, saved some cash enjoyed plenty of Cowboys/Rangers/Mavericks games and all that DFW has to offer in 6 yrs and now I'm moving back.

Plan was always to get ahead while in DFW and go home with cash and start building my house when I get home. If you make a move, you gotta have a game plan!!!!!!!! :D

I'll hit you up when I'm back home maybe we can hit "La Esquina" for a few fat chicks and some beers!

Crap like this makes me so angry.

Woke up at 3 am eastern time to come hook up my trailer at the shipper. I show up get all the documents from the guard and just my luck dam trailer is still locked to the dock door. So now I'm just here waiting for the morning guys to show up to unlock the trailer. To make things worst I need to be south of Washington DC before 5 ish today to find somewhere to park for the night to deliver early tomorrow.

I got a flyer in the mail about the "8th Annual Truck and Jeep Fest" at Dallas Market Center May 19th-20th. It's hosted by 4wheel parts and 4WD. Anyone else get this?

I started doing the "insanity" work out on sunday. My legs are killing me and I can hardly walk. They hurt more than they did when I was in Basic training...
I could barley walk to the bathroom this morning!
