    Do the targets rotate pretty well? I can't tell from the photo, how/what do you have to support it on the ground??

    it haz 3 mounting options.....
    it has 3' legs that can be hammered into the ground for uneven surfaces
    or
    them same legs lean back and act as feet for flat surfaces...
    or
    can be leaned against a fghey for support....:D

    and yes the paddles are made from 3/16" plate and will swing when hit and deflect the bullets energy and direct the fragments downward
