just spent about an hour and a half messing with it, and although I made a bracket that fits, I just don't think theres enough clearance. The fins on the cowl would need to be shaved, then theres not much room under the bracket where the antenna or light would mount, and it also looks like an antenna might hit the cab/ windshield when the hood is all the way up. aefee3de-e9da-40b1_c82de9b00d2a68d2ba28cf61f6902cb14e00b692.jpgaefee3de-e9e7-0635_423284aa7c217e269a25f061873220bd415290ea.jpg

How big is the body gap? I'm thinking you could experiment with it coming out the side instead of at the windsheild. My $0.02.

I thought the same thing but without looking at my truck I think the metal would be to thin and booty support a light...could work for a cb mount still. Not exactly sure how you cloud mount it from there though.

Eric this is the best shot I could get of that Rustoleum Hammered paint I was talking about. The effect is both visual & physical, it actually gives it a textured surface.

I don't know. Just installed my mount and measured it for you. It looks like around 1 3/4" clearance from center of hole & that the hole could be moved forward 1/4" to 3/8" if needed.

Based on those measurements Randy, looks like a hella 500/700 will fit! Measured my 700ff on my bumper and it only goes back about an inch from center of the mounting stud to the back of the housing.

Re-designed? Did Relentless ever make a shackle flip...?

Also, not to steal from this thread/section, but there's a prototype shackle flip in the works... :spy:

I thought it might be easier for me to mount mine and check than for you to get measurements since I had the hood up to finish my new Relentless grill emblem, I just didn't know the measurements of the hellas.
