Thank you for an awesome gift Dad. By the way Jeremy was dusting it off when I came up to the house to pick it up, you know how dusty the area is.
I could not resist but to say to him "Biff, I need that to look great for my Date tonight"(from...Back to The Future I) lol!!! Jeremy looked at me and laughed. lol. It is a cool truck.

I believe his reaction to the new truck is a serious infliction called "TACOYOTOMANIA", quite common to all first time Taco owners. Symptoms range from staring at it for days on end, oblivious to things around you, long drives and forgetting time of day, loss of apatite, a wierd feeling in the pit of your stomach similar to falling in love with a beautiful woman and she tells you she feels the same about you, waking up at all hours of the night and making sure its still parked outside your house or in your garage.
    There is no cure.................

Wow that is quite a nice deed for you to gift a tacoma to your son. I envy that, although this is something i've wanted to do for my dad. I owe him everything i have, and i look forward to the day i get him his dream car and fix it up nice. I believe that is a VW bug with the rear mounted engine, he's still living in the olden days..... haha i can see it now.

What a great thread. I would love to be able to do something like like that for my kids. You did a great job on the mods, and I'm sure your son is very proud of you, just as proud as you are of him. Great job.

My dads is a VW bus so I know what you mean.

I am almost willing to bet that your son would wake up in the night or even in the morning to make sure it wasnt a dream. I did that for the first week I had my tacoma and I bought it myself. Your an awesome dad yet again.
