Well since no one helped on my last "box enclosure choice" thread, I decieded to draw and build my own. This sub is amazing!! The last pic shows how far away the sub is from the seat, when it is up.

Hey Dylan, I just got my SD-2 10 last week. I'm trying to build a box for my double cab this week. Would you mind posting the dimensions of your box? I'm having a hell of a time trying to figure out the top and bottom depths so that beast of a magnet will still fit.

Here you go! My box width is 17". If you use my dimensions, it will put you at .52 cu ft. Sundown calls for a .50 cu ft. box, so it is really close.

Awesome. That's very helpful. Thanks a lot. Did you end up cutting the metal tabs off the back wall. The ones that held up the plastic trim? (Below the C-channel)

Also how's the SQ. I have no doubts this sub will get loud. I just hope it sounds good doing it.

What amp are you using and how many watts rms? I see you removed the plastic from the back seat. I would like to keep the plastic on. Did the sub hit the back of seat?

No problem. Yes the metal tabs were taken off. Really easy to do. The SQ is amazing!! I can throw any type of music at it.

I'm running a PDX-5 and the birth sheet reads 426 rms. I also wanted to keep the plastic on with the back seat up, but these subs have a lot of excursion and I didn't want to chance it hitting so I took it off.
