    They are currently working on the prototype for the powerlock to accommodate the camera. Currently the only product offered for the 2009 is the manual lock. Check post #2 on this thread for questions about the power lock.


    I got your payment! I really can't give a good estimate. After April 8th, I'll probably have to wait a few days for the checks to clear, then I can send her my credit card information (I hope I don't get an identity theft alert for a $2500 charge to canada haha). If they are on schedule with the 2009 lock I would hope may at the latest.

    No worries! every group buy is different, but in this case, we are waiting for popNlock to come out with their model that fits the 2009. They have told me now late april to early may, but to be honest, who knows!

    So I called her again for the second day in a row to get the deal with the PL5300's release. There was some promising news that the engineers have come up with many prototypes and are trying to settle on the best possible lock. I know that it may require some patience on our end but I do believe the finished product will be the most reliable and best possible lock we can put on our trucks! We will also get the first ones off of the production line.

    On another note she told me how the engineers absolutely HATE working on honda ridgeline products. They think the truck is very poorly designed and are a pain in the ass to work on :)

    Hey, can I change my order to the PL5300 - seeing as it is an update to the manual lock PL5200 and is the same price plus apparently; plus it will fit a 2007 Tacoma if I am reading correctly.
