    Yeah, on the coast is MUCH better for sushi. There is one or 2 places here in town that are good, but it still isn't that fresh.

    Basically, you take any kind of good, fresh saltwater white fish (and/or shrimp, but I like fish more), cure it in lime juice, add chopped red onions, peppers of choice, a little cilantro. Done. Bonus: avacado.
