Nova Scotia/Halifax Area Meet

Depends what your job is I guess.

 

I'm a trucker, so most likely, I'll be moving around to the different sections every now and then.

 

Trucker as in MSE Op or Civilian?

I have a brother that was an MSE Op. He retired a couple years ago in Gagetown.

 

So when are we planing to get the next meet organized? The Crossing sound good, there's a few good places for a bit to eat there. There's always A&W in Woodside. Good for a picture with the Halifax waterfront in the background.

Looks like I won't be at this meet up either finally got my 4runner back and fixed 2 days later I tear my acl and mcl in my left knee. No standards for a few months now, and a truck sittin in the driveway staring at me.

 

My brother-in-law has issues with his knees. How'd you screw up yours?

Ordered them and should be here friday. Then have to paint it. So when that's done I'm game

I know man, I should have added a smiley or something. But really, if we're throwing out change of venue ideas, might as well include the other side of the bridge as well. Hell, it's only a couple of extra Km's.

I was moving big concrete slabs for the fiancé's parents since they're a bit older and are not in the best shape for moving 150+ lbs. anyway they had a big bin dropped off at the house and on the last big piece I was trying to move it in a better place with my foot and I put to much force on the left leg. Heard a snap and I went down lol. Of course I was at the back of the bin so when the leg snapped I also fell out of the bin over the ramps and hit a dolley on the way down too. Overall a shitty way to get a few months off work. Savin a ton on gas though!
