    I got them through DSM but unassembled. I had them assembled at a local dealership (gf's dad was the shop manager, got em done next to nothing)... I'd take it back up to them, but he's not the shop manager anymore, so can't get my discount ;) any more...

    not sure... I got them through advance auto... they were about $35-40 a piece (they weren't the cheaper, but they weren't the best ones either)

    Yeah.

    We can all ask you a million questions, but it is going to come down to you disassembling the coilover assembly and taking pictures for us/looking for the problem.

    I am leaning towards a broken coil or something not assembled properly.

    I found out what the issue was, and have gotten it fixed... it was a bushing at the top of the strut mount... thanks everyone for the help... I've +1'd those who helped out a lot

    Took my 5100's apart today and this part was missing. Toyota calls it a "retainer." I got two from the dealer and had them installed. This will hopefully stop my clunking sound. I'll report back when I get my front diff back in and test drive.
