April 2012 Devil Horns Batch!

In all the these I have sold and shipped, I am NEVER surprised by anything that happens or doesn't happen with the US Mail!! In general they are the cheapest though.

 

I'll just patiently wait for my emblem to arrive like it did last time and skip the dramatics

 

just chill guys....they'll be on the way. worth the wait......

 

This waiting is driving me crazy! I can't wait!

 

I'm trying to put some heat on these people treating our emblems but this is the status so far:

Shot penning: DONE
Polishing: DONE
Anodizing: 80% done
Powder coating: In process

The Powder coating shop is a little busier than usual and they had a problem with one of their furnace, I had a call yesterday that it was fixed. All shipping labels, envelopes, bolts with washers are ready. This usually doesn't take that long.

What about the natural aluminum ones? Have they shipped out?

 

Natural embelms shipped last week,
I was told that they'll have the first set of anodized embelms ready today, if so I'll ship them today. I haven't check the powder coated emblems yet.

That's odd, the one I ordered was natural aluminum and the tracking information you sent me says that it still has not been shipped.

Good news at last!

I just received all polished emblems and I'm shipping them now. Also all shot penning and clear coated emblems will be shipped.

Still wating for anodized emblems to arrive.

Seems that most people think that once they receive the shipping notification they believe their package is on it's way, NOT TRUE! I printed shipping labels to have them ready, it's a lot easier and faster this way. I'll send individual emails to clarify this situation.

Thank you Andres for all of your hard work. I know that because of the popularity of your product, you are quite busy and are trying to do this all by yourself. Granted, the anodizing and powdercoating are contracted out, I understand that their scheduling is not your fault. After all, they do a great job so they are in demand too!

Andres, you are a man of your word and I know that these will all be shipped out as fast as they can and the wait is worth it. Your product, although made of aluminum, is gold.

Well, to answer your question I am shipping all polished embels right now regardless or region simoply because I have them ready. I'm waiting for the rest of the anodized emblems to arrive but I'll post when that happens.

Thanks for your kind comments Harley and Babytruck, I wish momma would've made two of us so I could get a little help. Good help is hard to find. I had a guy helping me once.. great guy, I wish he would help me now but he ended up with a good job and still attending college.

I don't like pushing the guys that do our treatment, I know they're professionals at what they do and they do a fine job at it.
I tell them: "take your time.. but hurry up!"
